  • Sound check and credential pick-up will be held on Friday, July 18th (3pm-4pm)

  • Lost credentials will not be replaced, so please keep them safe.

  • Only the Management or Lead listed on the information sheet will be authorized to receive credentials.

  • Please ensure that your sets are CLEAN or as CLEAN as possible, this is a FAMILY FRIENDLY show!

Festival/Show Day (Segment 3)

  • Every DJ should have received their performance segment information & time slot via email. If you cannot locate please email us

  • Host DJ’s & Miami Soundclash Set: On site by 10:00 AM

  • Island Heatwave & The Sample Set: Please plan to be on-site by 1:00 PM and check in with the Artist Relations Coordinators upon arrival.

  • Doo-Wop & Who’s Era Set: Please plan to be on-site by 2:00 PM and check in with the Artist Relations Coordinators upon arrival.

  • A.C. talent trailer is SHARED among all sound-clash DJ’s.

  • Hospitality will be festival style with a variety of snacks, beverages, and foods to keep you refreshed in the summer heat.

  • Staying on schedule is essential — any delays can impact the entire program.

Festival Map & Backstage Access

Important:

  • Vehicles will NOT be allowed past the barricades without valid parking pass— no exceptions.

  • One vehicle per parking pass only.

  • Parking past barricades is exclusive to vendors, production vehicles, activation’s, private car service drop-offs only, and elected officials.

  • If you have guests, they should use street parking or rideshare.

  • Only individuals with backstage credentials are permitted in the backstage area.

  • Please do NOT attempt to pass security with UN-credentialed guests. Doing so will result in removal from the show lineup and revocation of your credentials. (Per the festival director)

The final setup will include a 12x12 riser with two side-by-side 4.5-foot DJ booths as the centerpiece of the stage.
