  • Sound check and credential pick-up will be held on Friday, July 18th (3pm-4pm)

  • Lost credentials will not be replaced, so please keep them safe.

  • Only the Management or Lead listed on the information sheet will be authorized to receive credentials.

  • Please have your tracks ready for the Sound Engineer upon arrival. Make sure they are high-quality, professional show tracks — no low-res, distorted, or incomplete files. This ensures the best possible sound for your performance and represents you in the best light.

  • Please ensure that your music and performance is CLEAN, this is a FAMILY FRIENDLY show.

Festival/Show Day (Segment 2)

  • All talent have received their performance time slot via email. If you cannot locate please email us

  • Please plan to be on-site by 12:00 PM and check in with the Artist Relations Coordinators upon arrival.

  • A.C. talent trailer is SHARED among performers.

  • Hospitality will be festival style with a variety of snacks, beverages, and foods to keep you refreshed in the summer heat.

  • Once your segment wraps up, please clear the backstage area promptly so we can reset for the next group. Segment 3 needs time to cool down and prepare to hit the stage right after you.

  • Staying on schedule is essential — any delays can impact the entire program.

Important:

  • Vehicles will NOT be allowed past the barricades — no exceptions.

  • Parking past barricades is exclusive to vendors, production vehicles, activation’s, and private car service drop-offs only.

  • Only individuals with backstage credentials are permitted in the backstage area.

  • Please do NOT attempt to pass security with UN-credentialed guests. Doing so will result in removal from the show lineup and revocation of your credentials. (Per the festival director)
