FRIDAY, JULY 18

Load-in & Schedule & T-shirt pick up

If you're available, we encourage you to stop by during Friday’s setup. It’s a great time to familiarize yourself with the layout and grab your volunteer T-shirt early.

Location: Dorsey Park Grounds 
Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

(If you can't attend Friday, you’ll receive your and schedule & shirt at check-in Saturday.)

SATURDAY, JULY 19 – FESTIVAL DAY

CHECK-IN
All volunteers must check in at the Festival Information Tent, located near the Youth Zone basketball courts. You will see the Festival Flags Blowing with the Wind. You’ll receive your assignment and any last-minute updates there.

Please arrive on time for your shift. We are counting on you to keep everything running smoothly!

PARKING & ARRIVAL

There is no volunteer parking on-site. We highly recommend using rideshare (Uber/Lyft), carpool, or arranging a drop-off.

Designated Drop-Off Location:
NW 1st Avenue & NW 18th Street
At the Dorsey Park Community Center Building

HEALTH, MEALS & SAFETY

Please hydrate well the day before the event. We recommend:

  • Drinking 8–10 glasses of water on Friday

  • Limiting caffeine or alcohol

We will provide:

  • 1 Meal Voucher

  • Water & snacks at the Volunteer Tent

  • Shaded rest area + misting station

  • First aid & sunscreen if needed

FESTIVAL REMINDERS

  • Wear your Volunteer T-shirt at all times

  • Stay at your assigned area unless otherwise directed

  • Be professional, courteous, and responsive

  • No alcohol, smoking, or unauthorized guests

  • All volunteers must check out before leaving their shift
