Media Credential Terms & Conditions

Purpose:
These terms govern the issuance and use of media credentials for 18th Ave Coming To The Jam. Media credentials are provided to verified media representatives to ensure safe, organized coverage while protecting artists, VIPs, and event operations.

1. Credential Types

Media credentials are issued at the discretion of event organizers. Access levels include:

  • Media Pit Only – access to designated stage/photo pit areas.

  • Backstage + Media Pit – access to designated media pit areas and backstage for approved interviews or artist coverage.

2. Eligibility & Application

  • Media credentials are available to journalists, photographers, videographers, and content creators from recognized media outlets.

  • All applicants must submit a completed credential request form with accurate contact information and coverage plan.

  • Credentials are limited and approval is at organizer discretion.

3. Credential Pickup & Identification

  • Credentials must be picked up by the approved representative only.

  • A valid photo ID is required at pickup.

  • Credentials must be worn visibly at all times while on event grounds.

4. Usage Rules

  • Credentials are non-transferable.

  • Media must stay within designated access areas and comply with all directions from event staff and security.

  • Unauthorized access to restricted areas may result in immediate revocation of credentials.

  • Media must respect artist privacy and scheduled interview times.

5. Liability & Compliance

  • Event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen equipment.

  • Media personnel are responsible for their own actions and equipment.

  • Credentialed media agree to comply with all local laws, event rules, and safety regulations.

6. Revocation

  • Event organizers reserve the right to revoke credentials at any time for violations of these terms or disruptive behavior.

By applying for and accepting a media credential, you agree to abide by all the terms outlined above.
